| This is a great invention. I always use natural peanut butter and the oil always rises to the top. This gadget stirs the peanut butter and distributes the oils. Very nice. Plus it's American made. I like that. |

The listing for this item does not state the model number. If you want one that will fit a 26oz jar, you will need model number 400. I found model 400 at the Grandpa Witmers website but could not find it anywhere else.
A friend has one and loves it but she uses the normal 16 oz jar. |

| The website is not clear that this comes in different sizes depending on the size peanut butter jar you have. You need to know the lid size of your peanut butter jar before buying it, and order the right size. When I went back online after receiving the wrong size I couldn't tell how to change it. |

| I have had this mixer for seven years and it has worked great for me. I love this mixer. I don't make multiple batches of cookie dough or anything extravagant but the mixer will handle a thick oatmeal choc. chip cookie dough. If you want a basic mixer and don't expect to make huge batches this is a good mixer for the money. |

| I purchased this mixer for my wife from Macy's about 10 years ago. It has been a staple in our kitchen ever since. It has proven to be sturdy, powerful and very reliable. Have never had any probelms with it. The bowl is very roomy and the mixing attachments are well made. My wife loves the easy to adjust speed dial. For a plastic bodied stand mixer this unit has proven to be extremely durable. I'm not sure what Sunbeams Mixers are like now, but this one has proven to be a very good investment 10 years on. |

| I recently bought one of these from someone who never used it. So, I was excited to have a new mixer for low price. Well, I was going to town making some pumpkin bread and the tip of my wooden spoon caught the beaters and it instantly froze up, the motor burnt out. Smoke came from the motor compartment and it smelled burnt and it turned no more. No good! I have lost wooden spoons to a mixer but this is the first time for me to lose a mixer to a wooden spoon. I got online and started searching on it. Apparently I am not the first person to have this problem. I liked its light weight and quiet motor. It's a lousy wimpy no good motor, though! Truly an embarrassment to Sunbeam's typically high quality mixers! |

The Mixer won't attach to the stand.

No matter how hard you try, the tab on the stand that's supposed to hold the mixer won't do it's job, and no amount of wiggling will get it to snap into place. The mixer just falls off the stand.
The mixer itself works really well, but there's no reason to buy this thing for the stand and bowl. |
